Cal promoure el tir! I per a aix\u00f2 el t\u00e8cnic va incidir en qu\u00e8 cal treballar aquest fonament durant l'etapa de minibasket perqu\u00e8 els jugadors aprenguen a descobrir el temps que necessiten per a armar el tir.<\/p>\n<p>Es va abordar la necessitat d'identificar els per qu\u00e8 d'una execuci\u00f3 poc eficient perqu\u00e8 el rang de tir no es convertisca en un limitant de l'acci\u00f3, destacant que el temps d'execuci\u00f3 i l'espai per a tirar \u00e9s clau en la formaci\u00f3 del jugador per a entendre el concepte de \u201chaver realitzat un bon tir\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment, H\u00e9ctor S\u00e1nchez ens va acostar una proposta de com posar en pr\u00e0ctica tot el coneixement te\u00f2ric, on el joc i el treball integrat amb presa de decisi\u00f3 adquireix un paper fonamental en cadascuna de les fases que volem, sense oblidar la necessitat d'ajudar el jugador a millorar els gestos i detalls t\u00e8cnics.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fbcv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/BIMENSUAL_DIC_ENE.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-87125\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fbcv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/BIMENSUAL_DIC_ENE-232x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"232\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fbcv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/BIMENSUAL_DIC_ENE-232x300.png 232w, https:\/\/www.fbcv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/BIMENSUAL_DIC_ENE-600x775.png 600w, https:\/\/www.fbcv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/BIMENSUAL_DIC_ENE-793x1024.png 793w, https:\/\/www.fbcv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/BIMENSUAL_DIC_ENE-768x992.png 768w, https:\/\/www.fbcv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/BIMENSUAL_DIC_ENE-9x12.png 9w, https:\/\/www.fbcv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/BIMENSUAL_DIC_ENE-696x899.png 696w, https:\/\/www.fbcv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/BIMENSUAL_DIC_ENE-325x420.png 325w, https:\/\/www.fbcv.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/BIMENSUAL_DIC_ENE.png 997w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 232px) 100vw, 232px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">El Programa de Formaci\u00f3 Cont\u00ednua per a entrenadors ha obert amb for\u00e7a aquest nou any 2023 i aquest mateix dimecres 4 de gener hi haur\u00e0 una nova activitat. En aquesta ocasi\u00f3,\u00a0ens centrarem en les eines per a millorar l'autoestima, i comptarem per a aix\u00f2 amb <strong>Alberto Moraleda<\/strong>, llicenciat en Ci\u00e8ncies de l'Activitat F\u00edsica i l'Esport, amb \u00e0mplia experi\u00e8ncia en equips de formaci\u00f3 i amb persones amb diversitat funcional.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Les places s\u00f3n limitades. Pots inscriure't a cada activitat accedint a ella a trav\u00e9s de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fbcv.es\/area-tecnica\/formacion-continua-entrenadores\/agenda-detallada\" target=\"_self\">l'Agenda d'Activitats del Programa de Formaci\u00f3 Cont\u00ednua<\/a>.
