{"id":7506,"date":"2018-04-13T06:46:08","date_gmt":"2018-04-13T04:46:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/web.fbcv.es\/noticias\/el-tau-castello-aprende-cocina-saludable-18-04-13.html"},"modified":"2018-04-13T06:46:08","modified_gmt":"2018-04-13T04:46:08","slug":"el-tau-castello-aprende-cocina-saludable-18-04-13","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fbcv.es\/va\/noticias\/el-tau-castello-aprende-cocina-saludable-18-04-13\/","title":{"rendered":"El TAU Castell\u00f3 aprende cocina saludable"},"content":{"rendered":"<div> \t<strong><em>Este jueves, tras el entrenamiento matutino, el equipo al completo del TAU Castell&oacute; particip&oacute; en un taller de cocina saludable que el afamado joven chef castellonense Sergio Salvador imparti&oacute; en el fant&aacute;stico showroom de TAU Cer&aacute;mica.<\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n<div> \tA la llegada, el equipo acompa&ntilde;ado de directivos y de su presidente <strong>Luis Garc&iacute;a<\/strong>, junto a algunos de los principales patrocinadores del club, y guiados por los representantes de <strong>TAU Cer&aacute;mica<\/strong> <strong>Mariano Sebasti&aacute;<\/strong>, <strong>Luz Lozano<\/strong> i <strong>Pilar Latorre<\/strong> visitaron la zona de exposici&oacute;n para ver las &uacute;ltimas novedades cer&aacute;micas que ofrece la firma castellonense, y tambi&eacute;n las oficinas, donde pudieron saludar a los trabajadores all&iacute; presentes.<\/div>\n<div> \tDespu&eacute;s, <strong>Sergio Salvador<\/strong> imparti&oacute; una charla nutricional en la que explic&oacute; la importancia de qu&eacute; alimentos comprar y c&oacute;mo cocinarlos para llevar una dieta saludable sobre todo para deportistas como los jugadores del <strong>TAU Castell&oacute;<\/strong>. Tras esta charla, Sergio Salvador puso en pr&aacute;ctica sus conocimientos e hizo la demostraci&oacute;n correspondiente en un showcooking junto con el chef segorbino <strong>Javier Sim&oacute;n<\/strong>. En este showcooking cocinaron y prepararon cuatro platos distintos que hicieron las delicias de los asistentes.<\/p>\n<p> \tLos platos se cocinaron con la &uacute;ltima tecnolog&iacute;a presentada por TAU cer&aacute;mica en CEVISAMA, su <strong>TPB tech&reg; &amp; ASCALE by TAU<\/strong>. TPB tech&reg; es la m&aacute;s revolucionaria tecnolog&iacute;a sobre la que se puede cocinar por inducci&oacute;n directamente, unificando la zona de cocci&oacute;n con la zona de trabajo. No todas las superficies ultracompactas, porcel&aacute;nicas o sinterizadas son aptas para ser utilizadas con la tecnolog&iacute;a y sistema TPB tech&reg;. Hace casi un a&ntilde;o, empez&oacute; una colaboraci&oacute;n muy fruct&iacute;fera con Tau Cer&aacute;mica, y con sus superficies de ASCALE by Tau, y de esta sinergia se ha conseguido reunir la m&aacute;s alta tecnolog&iacute;a en el mundo de la cocina con las excelentes propiedades de los resistentes materiales cer&aacute;micos como superficie.<\/p>\n<p> \tCada uno de los platos se acompa&ntilde;&oacute; adem&aacute;s de una cata y degustaci&oacute;n de vinos y cavas de <strong>Dominio de la Vega<\/strong>, distribuidos por la firma castellonense <strong>Direco<\/strong>. Vinos que sirvieron tambi&eacute;n para brindar por la clasificaci&oacute;n matem&aacute;tica para disputar los playoff de ascenso a la ACB, conseguida por el TAU Castell&oacute; la semana pasada en Prat cuando a&uacute;n quedan tres jornadas de liga regular por disputarse.<\/p>\n<p> \tEste viernes el equipo har&aacute; la habitual sesi&oacute;n de tiro previa al partido que por la noche a las 20:45h disputar&aacute; en el Ciutat de Castell&oacute; ante el Actel For&ccedil;a Lleida.
