{"id":66427,"date":"2021-05-04T12:31:59","date_gmt":"2021-05-04T10:31:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fbcv.es\/?p=66427"},"modified":"2021-05-14T09:08:24","modified_gmt":"2021-05-14T07:08:24","slug":"el-nb-paterna-se-une-al-proyecto-alley-oop","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fbcv.es\/va\/noticias\/el-nb-paterna-se-une-al-proyecto-alley-oop\/","title":{"rendered":"El NB Paterna s'uneix al projecte Alley Oop"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El <strong>Nou B\u00e0squet Paterna<\/strong> se suma al\u00a0<strong>proyecto Alley Oop<\/strong>, una iniciativa de la Fundaci\u00f3n Gasol en la que toman parte otros 14 clubes del resto de Espa\u00f1a y cuyo objetivo es fomentar h\u00e1bitos de vida saludables en entidades deportivas de baloncesto, con ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes entre los 8 y los 16 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>En el cas del Nou B\u00e0squet Paterna, participaran en el projecte els jugadors dels equips prebenjam\u00ed, Benjam\u00ed Roig, Benjam\u00ed Negre, Alev\u00ed Roig i Infantil Roig. Seran un total de 72 xiquets, xiquetes i adolescents i els seus respectius entrenadors.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s d'una guia d'exercicis t\u00e8cnics i t\u00e0ctics aplicats al b\u00e0squet, els entrenadors motivaran als xavals amb missatges claus de salut com l'alimentaci\u00f3 saludable, l'activitat f\u00edsica, el benestar emocional i el somni. D'aquesta manera es pret\u00e9n incidir en els h\u00e0bits de vida saludables dels jugadors i jugadores i fam\u00edlies del Nou B\u00e0squet Paterna.<\/p>\n<p>La implementaci\u00f3 de les activitats s'est\u00e0 duent a terme en els entrenaments de cada equip durant els mesos d'abril, maig i juny de 2021. A la finalitzaci\u00f3 del projecte, es realitzar\u00e0 un q\u00fcestionari als jugadors participants i a les seues fam\u00edlies per a\u00a0 con\u00e9ixer l'impacte del projecte sobre els seus h\u00e0bits de vida saludables.<\/p>\n<p>Amb la incorporaci\u00f3 del projecte Alley Oop en el Nou B\u00e0squet Paterna, el club pret\u00e9n fer un pas m\u00e9s per a convertir-se en un referent com a club promotor de la salut, utilitzant la pr\u00e0ctica del b\u00e0squet com a eina que millora la qualitat de vida de les persones i els ofereix, mentre practiquen el seu esport favorit, habilitats i compet\u00e8ncies per a la vida.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">El Nou B\u00e0squet Paterna s'uneix aix\u00ed al <strong>Logos Basket Sedav\u00ed<\/strong> en aquest projecte, sent els dos \u00fanics clubs participants de la Comunitat Valenciana.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Nou B\u00e0squet Paterna se suma al\u00a0proyecto Alley Oop, una iniciativa de la Fundaci\u00f3n Gasol en la que toman parte otros 14 clubes del resto de Espa\u00f1a y cuyo objetivo es fomentar h\u00e1bitos de vida saludables en entidades deportivas de baloncesto, con ni\u00f1os, ni\u00f1as y adolescentes entre los 8 y los 16 a\u00f1os.
