El Club Logos Basket Sedav\u00ed<\/strong> es un club implicado con la educaci\u00f3n en valores de los j\u00f3venes, intentamos transmitir valores como el trabajo en equipo, el esfuerzo, el respeto al rival, el compa\u00f1erismo,… y por ello,\u00a0potenciando a\u00fan m\u00e1s esta premisa fundacional de la entidad, presentan un nuevo plan de acci\u00f3n denominado: #1mes1valor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Esta iniciativa dise\u00f1ada por el psic\u00f3logo deportivo del club,\u00a0Fran Adell<\/strong>, secundada por los psic\u00f3logos\u00a0Luis Sa\u00e9z\u00a0<\/strong>i\u00a0Mireia Bermejo<\/strong>, coordinados por\u00a0Cristina Garc\u00eda<\/strong>\u00a0y con la colaboraci\u00f3n de entrenadores de todos los equipos trata de poner en valor aquellas virtudes que distinguen al Logos Basket Sedav\u00ed como club.<\/div>\n
Es as\u00ed que de 16 valores propuestos:<\/div>\n
    \n
  • Cohesi\u00f3n<\/li>\n
  • Compa\u00f1erismo<\/li>\n
  • Deportividad<\/li>\n
  • Diligencia<\/li>\n
  • Altruismo<\/li>\n
  • Disfrute<\/li>\n
  • Respeto acuerdo<\/li>\n
  • Buen Juego<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    junto a Concordia, Justicia, Respeto por lo acordado, Salud, Obediencia, Logro Personal, Imagen P\u00fablica, Tolerancia y Victoria, los entrenadores mediante votaci\u00f3n eligieron los primeros ocho; uno por cada mes de la temporada restante.<\/p>\n

    El valor elegido tiene un plan de acci\u00f3n pautada:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Una vez al mes cada entrenador con su grupo de trabajo da una charla pre-partido o pre entrenamiento relacionado con el valor del mes<\/li>\n
    • Una vez al mes cada entrenador con su grupo de trabajo da una charla post-partido o post entrenamiento relacionado con el valor del mes<\/li>\n
    • Una vez al mes cada entrenador con su grupo de se desarrolla una actividad de baloncesto de m\u00ednimo 5 minutos donde uno de los objetivos principales sea el desarrollo de dicho valor<\/li>\n
    • Se extraen conclusiones entre entrenadores, coordinadores y directores del programa<\/li>\n
    • Se establece un \u201cLibro blanco de buenas pr\u00e1cticas\u201d<\/li>\n
    • Se eval\u00faan pre y post actividad diferentes par\u00e1metros emocionales y grupales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      No es casualidad que de los valores de los entrenadores y del orden que se les ha dado a cada uno de ellos el final sea \u201cBuen Juego\u201d; en definitiva, va a ser la consecuencia de la aplicaci\u00f3n y la puesta en pr\u00e1ctica de los otros 7 valores antes expuestos.<\/p>\n

      Como premisa fundacional:\u00a0\u201cGanar como consecuencia del trabajo bien hecho\u201d<\/strong>, y hacia ello van dirigidas todas las acciones del club: mejores personas, mejores ciudadanos, mejores jugadores, mejores compa\u00f1eros\u2026\u00a1un buen equipo!<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
