La actividad estuvo impartida por <strong>Jota Cuspinera<\/strong>, entrenador superior de baloncesto con amplia trayectoria en categor\u00edas de formaci\u00f3n, direcci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y baloncesto profesional.<\/p>\n<p>A lo largo de la formaci\u00f3n, el ponente comparti\u00f3 diferentes conceptos y situaciones pr\u00e1cticas para mejorar la distribuci\u00f3n de los jugadores en el campo, haciendo especial hincapi\u00e9 en la importancia de aprovechar los espacios disponibles, generar l\u00edneas de pase y dificultar el trabajo defensivo. Para ello, expuso tres principios fundamentales del spacing, analizando c\u00f3mo los movimientos y la colocaci\u00f3n de los jugadores sin bal\u00f3n pueden favorecer la creaci\u00f3n y el aprovechamiento de ventajas ofensivas.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, Jota Cuspinera destac\u00f3 la importancia de trabajar estos conceptos desde las primeras etapas de formaci\u00f3n, adapt\u00e1ndolos a la edad y al nivel de los jugadores, de manera que puedan incorporarlos progresivamente al juego. A trav\u00e9s de varios ejemplos, invit\u00f3 a los entrenadores a reflexionar sobre situaciones habituales y errores frecuentes en la ocupaci\u00f3n de espacios, ofreciendo herramientas para trasladar todos estos conceptos a sus respectivos equipos.<\/p>\n<p>El taller tuvo un car\u00e1cter din\u00e1mico y participativo, con diferentes preguntas e intervenciones de los asistentes que permitieron profundizar en los contenidos y compartir reflexiones sobre su aplicaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica en los entrenamientos y en la competici\u00f3n, demostrando as\u00ed el inter\u00e9s que tienen los entrenadores en su propia formaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00f3xima actividad del Programa de Formaci\u00f3n Continua se celebrar\u00e1 en lunes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\" translation-block\"><strong>26 d'octubre.<\/strong> Josep Mar\u00eda Planas.
