Un esdeveniment organitzat per CONFEDECOM (Associaci\u00f3 de Federacions Esportives de la Comunitat Valenciana) al costat de l'empresa d'alimentaci\u00f3 esportiva MioBio, que ha comptat amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de la Generalitat Valenciana.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">La jornada inaugural es va obrir amb la participaci\u00f3 de <strong>Salvador Fabregat<\/strong>, president de CONFEDECOM, com a entitat organitzadora del Congr\u00e9s, al costat de <strong>Luis Cervera<\/strong>, director general d'Esport de la Generalitat Valenciana; <strong>Roc\u00edo Gil<\/strong>, regidora d'Esports, Igualtat i Educaci\u00f3 de l'Ajuntament de Val\u00e8ncia; i <strong>Sergio Brisa<\/strong>, CEO de MioBio.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Durant la seua intervenci\u00f3, Fabregat va subratllar <strong><em>\u201cla import\u00e0ncia que este tipus de trobades se celebren en la Comunitat Valenciana, una terra amb un teixit esportiu, social i gastron\u00f2mic d'enorme riquesa\u201d<\/em><\/strong>. El president de CONFEDECOM va destacar tamb\u00e9 <strong><em>\u201cla necessitat que les administracions p\u00fabliques acompanyen a les federacions i clubs en el seu proc\u00e9s de professionalitzaci\u00f3\u201d,<\/em><\/strong> amb l'objectiu d'enfortir l'esport federat i garantir la seua sostenibilitat a llarg termini. <em><strong>\u201cLa nostra voluntat \u00e9s continuar aportant valor al m\u00f3n de l'esport i consolidar este Congr\u00e9s com un punt de refer\u00e8ncia per al di\u00e0leg entre esport, salut i societat\u201d<\/strong><\/em>, va assenyalar Fabregat.<\/p>\n<p class=\" translation-block\">El Congr\u00e9s s'ha pogut seguir per streaming en la p\u00e0gina web <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gastrosportsummit.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.gastrosportsummit.com<\/a>, on en els pr\u00f2xims dies estaran disponibles les gravacions de les diferents taules redones celebrades, al costat dels tallers de nutrici\u00f3 i cuina.<\/p>\n<p>CONFEDECOM ha expressat el seu agra\u00efment a la Direcci\u00f3 General d'Esport de la Generalitat Valenciana i a MioBio, entitats amb les quals ha coorganitzat este Congr\u00e9s. Aix\u00ed mateix, ha volgut recon\u00e9ixer la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de les federacions esportives i dels esportistes que han participat en este I Congr\u00e9s Gastro Sport CV.
