{"id":454,"date":"2013-05-23T07:45:00","date_gmt":"2013-05-23T06:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fbcv.es\/blog\/2013\/05\/nivel-optimo-formacion-constante\/"},"modified":"2014-10-30T12:43:13","modified_gmt":"2014-10-30T11:43:13","slug":"nivel-optimo-formacion-constante","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fbcv.es\/blog\/cta\/nivel-optimo-formacion-constante\/","title":{"rendered":"Nivel optimo: formaci\u00f3n constante"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><span>Las ligas regulares tocaron a su fin, los equipos clasificados en las competiciones Senior, Junior e IR se encuentran participando o lo han hecho ya en las fases finales de cada categor\u00eda.<!--more--><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><span>Dar el adecuado servicio de arbitraje a cada nivel de competici\u00f3n con los miembros del CTA propuestos, supone cada vez m\u00e1s una tarea dif\u00edcil en cuanto a la elecci\u00f3n final de los mismos. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9? La respuesta es clara, y aunque a\u00fan se pueda pensar que los \u00e1rbitros se \u201cexaminan\u201d con estas fases finales, nada m\u00e1s lejos de la realidad de este concepto arcaico y de \u00e9pocas pasadas. Hoy en d\u00eda y gracias a una estructura t\u00e9cnica consolidada basada en una clara l\u00ednea de trabajo de formaci\u00f3n continua de todos los grupos de \u00e1rbitros y oficiales de mesa, los elegidos finalmente no son por casualidad sino por el fruto de su trabajo semana tras semana, de mejora constante, y no s\u00f3lo de los conceptos t\u00e9cnicos sino de cualquier faceta fundamental que finalmente posibilita realizar el trabajo arbitral correctamente. Hay infinidad de variables que hacen que algunos se queden en el camino, otros se mantengan y la realidad nos dice que un gran porcentaje, y que coincide en tiempo con el inicio de los Cursos de Formaci\u00f3n de Acceso, han decidido evolucionar y adaptarse (bien por sus cualidades e inter\u00e9s) a las exigencias marcadas por el CTA con sus miembros, sin importarles los tiempos para lograr sus objetivos finales. \u00c9stos necesariamente se alcanzar\u00e1n siguiendo el camino que marca la oferta propuesta por la FBCV de formaci\u00f3n continua (sin barreras de temporadas) y sobre todo por la aptitud y talento individual. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-6Pejz01J1lQ\/UZ26aHIezxI\/AAAAAAAAAVk\/YFXDed3mUSw\/s1600\/cursos_cta.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-6Pejz01J1lQ\/UZ26aHIezxI\/AAAAAAAAAVk\/YFXDed3mUSw\/s320\/cursos_cta.png\" width=\"320\" height=\"224\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><span>Contar o no contar con uno u otro se convierte en un trabajo donde se profundiza en el perfil de cada miembro del CTA y que finalmente tras el seguimiento en las competiciones, en las actividades ordinarias y de tecnificaci\u00f3n, junto a las valoraciones particulares y globales, constituye la base de los mecanismos para decidir que \u00e1rbitros y oficiales de mesa son id\u00f3neos en ese momento. <\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><span>Hemos pasado de unas \u00e9pocas ya pasadas de poca o nula aceptaci\u00f3n de la labor arbitral en estas fases finales, a unas actuales donde el \u00e1rbitro pasa desapercibido, aspecto fundamental al final de cualquier encuentro.
